The noise from the bus station was relentless, especially with sheer drapes letting light in all night—definitely a problem for light sleepers. Plus, the hairdryer in the room was practically a toy, stopping every few minutes, and there were reports of rooms lacking mini-fridges, which were replaced by cabinet storage—pretty frustrating. I was also disappointed with the quality of towels, which felt rough and below what I'd expect for a higher-rated property.

flemings hotel was super comfy for my business stay. the self-check-in is really convinent and the room was quiet and well-equipped. drinking water was always available, which is great. location is perfect, so close to the train station and city center for dining and drinks. staff was pretty professional and friendly too.

the bath towels in my room were kinda thin and definitely need to be replaced. also, the breakfast could have had more variety.
